Question 1 - Advance booking
How far in advance should we book? We typically book 3-8 months out. We recommend reaching out at least 6 months before your wedding to give you the best chance of securing your date!
Question 2 - associate team
How does your team work? Can we choose who we book? YES! Hayden and I love working together, but when one of us is unavailable, we have hand-selected and trained an associate videographer, Tacie, and an associate photographer, Paige, to represent our brand. They’ll meet you and direct you throughout your session or wedding day under my creative direction. They use our style, techniques, and comfortable approach as if we were there ourselves! I handle all communication and planning, and every touch of editing still goes through me, so you can rest assured that you’ll receive our colorful, natural, and timeless edits in your photos and video.
Question 3 -what is included IN a PACKAGE?
What’s included in a wedding package? Each package includes my thoughtful planning and guidance, our exclusive planning and location guides, wedding timeline assistance, a detailed wedding questionnaire and family photo list, an online gallery of high-resolution images, the option to order prints directly from your gallery, and personal rights to print and share your images and video.
Question 4 - how many hours should i book?
How many hours does my wedding day need? Five hours of wedding-day coverage is the sweet spot. Within this time frame, we can capture your temple exit, family photos, bridal party photos, formal photos at the temple, venue details, and a two-hour reception.
Six to eight hours of wedding-day coverage allows us to capture venue, ceremony, and décor details; getting-ready photos; your ceremony or sealing exit; family and bridal party photos; your grand entrance; a day-of luncheon or dinner; the reception; and your grand exit.
Question 5 - What can we expect?
What happens when we decide to book? After we’ve chatted about which package best fits your day and answered all your questions, I’ll email you a contract and invoice with all the nitty-gritty details. Once the contract is signed, we require a $1,000 deposit to secure your date and begin planning with us! We’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the important wedding information, schedule dates for your bridals and engagements, and share an email filled with my best wedding-planning tips!
